Court Case 1806, May 9th.

Perth circuit court was opened on this date.Three capital convictions were recorded during the sittings, two cases involving Fifers.
Condemned at the Spring Circuit Court, westwater was hanged in his home town for the murder of fellow flax dresser, John Orr, by stabbing him with a knife.
Execution was on Saturday, 21st June 1806.
